Essentials of Fundraising

Designed to help grassroots agencies, community organizations, service clubs and charities raise money effectively and efficiently, the Essentials of Fundraising program is being offered in October (exact dates to be announced soon). Participants will receive useful tools and materials, including sample fundraising plans, solicitation letters, policies and guidelines and other relevant fundraising resources which will help them to reach their fundraising goals.

Who should attend? Anyone new to the development field or hoping to improve their fundraising skills will learn how to organize and manage fundraising programs while gaining basic skills and a variety of techniques. Volunteers will find the Essentials of Fundraising valuable preparation for seeking donations. Staff, board members and even CEOs will discover useful tools to shape the direction and clarify the expectations of the fund development office.
