Beyond Good Intentions: Building Relationships, Advancing Reconciliation & Becoming Better Allies

A Special FREE Webinar for AFP Edmonton Members

Thursday, November 26, 2026 | 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM MST
Featuring Fiona Kirkpatrick Parsons

What does meaningful reconciliation look like in the fundraising and nonprofit sector? How can we move beyond good intentions to build authentic relationships, foster inclusion, and become stronger allies in the communities we serve?
As a special thank-you to our AFP Edmonton members, we are delighted to offer this complimentary webinar featuring acclaimed Indigenous advocate, strategist, and speaker Fiona Kirkpatrick Parsons.

Through the lens of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (IDEA), Fiona will lead a thoughtful and engaging conversation exploring the importance of relationships, reconciliation, and allyship within our sector.
As fundraisers and nonprofit professionals, relationships are at the heart of everything we do. This session invites us to reflect on how we build trust, approach reconciliation with authenticity, and create more inclusive and meaningful connections with the individuals, organizations, and communities we serve.
