About the presenters:

Randy Klassen is a seasoned leader in the non-profit sector, specializing in Fund Development and Strategic Planning. With over 38 years of experience, including 17 years as a YMCA CEO, he has successfully led capital campaigns, annual giving programs, and planned giving initiatives. As a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), he now helps non-profits enhance their fundraising efforts through TR Leadership and Global Philanthropic Inc.

Randy is passionate about leveraging AI to improve productivity in fund development. His workshops focus on practical applications, demonstrating how AI can streamline tasks such as donor communications, grant writing, and campaign planning.
